Course Outline

Beginner friendly sales training focused on practical tools. You'll learn how to build rapport fast, handle objections, present pricing with confidence, and ask for the sale in a natural way. The course gives you a clear system for communicating value, overcoming hesitation, and turning conversations into booked jobs. It's designed for technicians and customer service reps who want to grow into roles with more responsibility.

How It Will Be Taught:

This course is delivered through online lessons, downloadable tools, and practical exercises. Students receive worksheets and templates to apply what they learn directly to real world conversations inside a trades company. Total program time: 40 hours.

How Students Will Be Assessed:

After each chapter, you'll complete a short exam to demonstrate understanding.
A passing grade of 70 percent or higher is required to move forward.

Personalized Support 1:1

Students receive individual support to help them understand selling concepts, apply the tools, and build confidence using the system taught in the course.

Certification

Students who complete the course and achieve a grade of 70 percent or higher will receive a

Certificate of Completion.
